We're off after dinner to visit another family at the end of our road for coffee this evening, so I wanted make something to take along. I am going to stay and craft, and hubby will bring the kids home - how cool is that!
I decided to try out the chocolate and cranberry slice from Annabel Langbein's book The Free Range Cook. It's super yummy and super easy to make (the green things are pistachio nuts in case your wondering)! You need to plan ahead though as the ingredients do require a trip to the shops.
