Introducing Hector Giraffe

Isn't he sweet! I have made him for my nephew who is only five days older than my Baby J. I have to say he was a lot of fun to make, and now I have an extensive list of softies I want to make. Although I did underestimate how hard it would be to stuff him.
He is from this softies book which I was given for Christmas.

Hector is a hunk - one lucky little boy :)

That book looks great - might have to look out for that.

He's marvelous!!!
And I can relate to the stuffing...I received the same book as a gift from my SIL and in my excitement to make Mabel Monkey...I didn't notice the (enlarge pattern) note!! Oops..talk about fiddly! But so cute!
Your Nephew will love him!

Hi there,
Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog.
Hector is so cute. I've got the same book & have wanted to make him for ages but still haven't got around to it.
Have a great week.
