And the second one is Girl's World: Twenty Pretty Sewing Projects to Make for Little Girls by Jennifer Paganelli. I am such a sucker for pretty books, but I thought I should see if anyone recommends them before I buy them. I just had another look at them on Book Depository and I see they are both hot of the press - now I am very interested to know if anyone has a copy yet.
I have not seen these before but both look lovely.
ReplyDeleteI haven't come across the first one, but have seen a fair number of images of the second about the internet, as well as shots from her booth at Quilt Market and other things as well - one was in the last couple days I think, maybe there's a blog tour? Anyways, it's pretty frou-frou stuff, lots of dressy dresses and VERY girly-girl projects. Would suit some kids to a t, others very much not so. Same for the mums! I think one blurb said it was for mums who like dressing up their little girls, or something like that.
ReplyDeleteI have not seen either of them before but they both look gorgeous!
