My Creative Space...

I finally felt like getting out my sewing machine and having a play, it's been a while. I have been very demotivated lately and it has been annoying me immensely, so I was chuffed to bits to finally feel the inspiration to do something.
Here is the beginning of my first scrap quilt. Does anyone have any tips or instructions on the best way to go about it?

Great colours and fabric choices ... I've no original advice, but indirectly thru comfortstitching's brilliant blog - the munki blocky tutorial is great because you get so many design combinations out of 3 different square sizes :)
