OK - now I think this sounds like a fabulous idea, but maybe you don't, so I thought if you could just send me a quick comment on what you would prefer to do.
Guys I have removed the options as some people are getting a bit confused, Cheers!
I'll also add a couple more things to include like scraps and buttons...
Let me know what you think and I'll try and have all the details and rules sorted out and posted by tomorrow night - exciting!

That made no sense. I'll try again.
I think the polka dot idea is very original and also gives people scope to be creative and make what they want.
I've never been in a swap before so would love to join.
Love idea 2 - polka dots
The second idea sounds great! You can count me in.
In reply to your comment on my creative space post, I always think my sewing table is messy, but the top of the table has to be fairly clear to allow for sewing space. I think maybe my opinion on what is "clean" is different, as everyone else comment on how neat it is! Ha ha.
Hey, what timeframe are we talking here? I can't guarentee anything for a month or so, unless it's a kiddies bag because I'm making a few of those at the mo' (my sewing is a shocker, so sorry if you get me:) we are going away, so if it's a softie/bear it won't be till late July/August that I can do anything.
Maybe the second idea?
I don't know! You decide whether to include me or not and I'll go from there! hahaha.
Hi Stacey,
I love the polka-dot idea! Please count me in for a swap, just let me know the details.
Hey,
I'd love to join if there is still a space. I am happy with either idea, or a combination of both. If its idea no. 1 I'd do a softie to recieve an apron.
Is a softie a soft toy? I'm sorry - maybe we are 'divided by a common language'! I think the polkadot one sounds fun, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to join in (time-wise) so you can ignore me if you want!
Hi Stacey just came across your blog after I had posted on my blog about my new polka dot fabrics .It must be a sign that means go for the second idea and I'd love to join in .
Hi Stacey..I would be happy to make a bag or a softie and would be happy to receive an apron, bag/purse or softie. I also like idea No 2 as well. Sorry I don't think I am being much help
Hi Stacey, thanks for dropping by, and its given me the opportunity to discover your lovely blog!
I've never done a swap before and my sewing skills are very basic, but if it's not too late I'd like to join in!
Happy to make a bag (know I can do that!) but will need to shop for polka dots.
Maybe I could include some polka dot cup cake cases in my swap! Love Salx
I like the apron idea or the bag /purse, although I don't mind whatever it is except that I have naver really made a softie before so if you get me you might be disappointed ;-P! But I like the polka dot idea as it goes so great with your blog, so maybe whatever we do we can have polka dot fabric in it!!
Since a lot of us can not make some of the things mentioned....me for one I like idea 2 so much better. I will make something I cam good at and would love to trade for whatever else someone else is good at! For one I mostly make pillows and fancy pin cushions with hand made fancy straight pins and something like that is what my Partner would be getting and hopefully loving. Blessings, Jonnie
