So I have been pretty preoccupied organising my polka dot swap. But in the weekend (which was mud) I made something that I have been wanting to do for ages.
It's the little needle book in the the
Cath Kidston Make! book - so here it is - finally!
And as for the mud weekend - we were all happily drinking our fix of choice at a cafe in the mall when my husband got a call, an on call, call! My heart sank! I then spent the next while by myself drinking my hot chocolate, when my husband came back and told me we had to go...he ended up working 22 hours straight...needless to say...I had a mud weekend. I hate being on my own, when I say on my own, without my hubby!
The only thing to ease the blow were these lovely cookie cutters I bought before the "call", but they weren't that great company on Saturday night!
And this fabulous set of five plastic hearts, that clip into each other. I'm slowly getting prepared for the cake
extravaganza ahead of me.

ReplyDeleteThe needle case looks great - i hear you on mud weekends - we had one the weekend before last. He got called into work over the long weekend and then ended up doing a 72hr week.
