Well... I have started my own Etsy Shop!
I am very excited. All the funds I make (if I sell anything) will go towards buying guilt free fabric and the likes. I think I may have a slight addiction (OK I can be honest with you - a very big addiction) to designer fabric. My sweet dear husband never complains, but I would like to be self sufficient before I bankrupt him!

A Good Day...

Today I managed to wash and hang two loads of towels, and do a load of kids clothes (they always take so much longer to hang don't they?) Have lunch at the park with the two little ones. Make a Nicey Jane quilt top for my friend (which the kids decided to play on). And let the kids have an evening swim in our pool. Now for me that isn't a bad days work at all. I'm going to leave out the part about Pizza's delivered, because that kind of ruins this whole productive thing I have going on...
Oh and the revealing of the secret will have to wait a tad bit longer, I'm sorry I am just not quite ready.

Happy Valentines Day

OK so I know I am a day late - I hope you had a romantic day with your loved ones. I made up little goodie bags for the kids friends and printed out cute vintage pics to go inside.
Our kind homestay offered to babysit so we could go out for dinner, but we didn't make a booking anywhere, so we ended up eating takeaways on the beach. It was rather nice.
I haven't posted lately because things have been a little hectic here lately, my gorgeous hubby has been sick in hospital with a virus and then we have had a Japanese mother and child homestay staying with us. But I have been busy on the making scene, and I've got a little secret to share, maybe in the next few days.
